Texts, logo and hotel photographs are the property of Clarom SA; reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Photographs of the San Telmo neighbourhood come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under their licences (CC0, CC BY 2.0, CC BY-SA 4.0); author and licence are shown under each image.

4. Personal data

Data controller: Clarom SA (details above). Processing complies with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

What this site does: it has no forms, no analytics, no advertising pixels and sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are self-hosted.

Technical logs: like any host, Vercel processes your IP address, the date and the page requested in order to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest). This data may be processed in the United States; Vercel provides contractual safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Data you send us: if you e-mail (info@ladressehotel.com) or call us, we use your data only to answer your request and manage your stay. Our e-mail is provided by Google Workspace.

Retention: stay and billing data are kept for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require (generally 10 years in Argentina); contacts used for marketing communications are kept for 3 years after the last contact, or until you withdraw your consent.

Your rights: access, rectification, deletion (and, in the EU, objection, restriction and portability). Write to info@ladressehotel.com. In Argentina, the supervisory authority is the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP, www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip), which handles complaints about breaches of Law 25,326; in the EU you may contact the data protection authority of your country.

Complaints to the AAIP: the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the supervisory body for Law 25,326, receives complaints and claims about breaches of personal data protection rules. You can file a complaint through its website www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip (personal data protection section), after writing to us first if you wish.

5. Third-party services

Google Maps (Contact page): the map is loaded from Google only when you open the Contact page. Google may then set cookies and receive your IP address under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Online booking: the "Book" button takes you to the CM Reservas booking engine (https://ladressehotelboutique.reservadirecto.com), a third-party service that collects the data needed for booking and payment under its own privacy policy.

Instagram and Facebook: plain links only; no social-media plugin is loaded on our site.

6. Cookies

Our site sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking, so no consent banner is required. Only the third-party services above (Google Maps, CM Reservas) may set cookies when you use them.

7. Booking terms

Direct bookings are made on the CM Reservas booking engine; the applicable terms (rate, cancellation, prepayment) are those shown for the chosen rate at the time of booking and repeated in the confirmation e-mail.

Check-in from 2:00 pm (14:00); check-out until 11:00 am. Photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in. Breakfast included. Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation: conditions depend on the rate chosen. “Standard Rate”: flexible rate; the applicable cancellation conditions are shown in the booking engine at the time of booking. “Basic Non Refundable”: non-refundable rate; the full amount is charged and the booking cannot be modified or refunded.

Payment: the stay is paid at the hotel; a credit card is required as a guarantee. Rates are in US dollars (USD).

Taxes: Argentine VAT (IVA) of 21% is not included in the net rate; the final price including taxes is shown in the booking engine. Foreign travellers paying with a foreign credit/debit card or by bank transfer from abroad are exempt from IVA on lodging and breakfast, on presentation of a foreign passport and the entry proof issued by the immigration authorities.

Children: all children are welcome. From 3 years old, children are charged the adult rate. Crib (0-2 years) free, on request. Extra bed (3-17 years): USD 35 per child per night, paid at the hotel. Cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.

Groups: for bookings of more than 3 rooms, special conditions may apply.

8. Governing law

This notice is governed by Argentine law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers resident in the European Union.
